How can I build a community playground out of (primarily) recycled materials in Latin America? - playground
I am a Peace Corps volunteer in Latin America and would like a community here to help, a playground for children. I feel that I have heard of games made from recycled materials (like plastic bottles and tires) from, and I am looking for a manual or something that we can do it! As you can imagine, there is no money to spend, what an opportunity I would not find it with recycled materials, how many free / possible. I appreciate your help!

Begin by selecting the local community if it is what they need, and then try to topography. :-) You can be poor and disadvantaged, but I doubt they are stupid. Thank you for watching and make the effort.
